When you submit an order on VibeWear, your name, phone number, and delivery address are packaged into a WhatsApp message. We only use this information to dispatch your order and get it to your door in Kenya.
Zero Risk
We never store credit cards or use online payment gateways. Your personal delivery information is kept safe and used strictly for shipping.
2. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information. Your phone number is strictly used for order confirmation and delivery coordination by our dispatch team.
3. Cash on Delivery Security
Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, we never collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank details, or mobile money PINs. Your financial security is absolute because we don't ask for your financial data.
